Summary
Project included the development of a comprehensive GIS database for the entire County, including cadastral, planimetric, transportation and political data layers. All data layers were developed for use in ArcGIS 9, including ArcGIS Server and a customized version of ArcReader. WorldView also(remove) provided technical support, GIS training and database design documentation for Dinwiddie. WorldView also developed customized utility plan, drawing and as-built software for the Dinwiddie County Water Authority, allowing Authority staff to scan, organize and distribute thousands of critical documents to staff.
