Summary

WorldView developed a comprehensive GIS implementation plan, performed parcel data conversion, road centerline integration, hard copy mapping and Town Viewer software development as part of Phase One implementation. Phase Two implementation included conversion of utility data using Submeter GPS and linking all as-built drawings to the utility data and implementing all final deliverables using ESRI’s ArcFM software package. Phase Three focused on additional GPS data collection, GPS training, planimetric data conversion, and the deployment of a Town mapping web site.
