Summary
Most GIS data development projects require the development of an automated hard copy mapping product. WorldView has created a set of automated ArcGIS Desktop tools that allow clients to automate map production and use automated, database driven labeling techniques that eliminate the need to maintain separate annotation layers. WorldView deployed a set of map automation tools for Northampton County as part of its parcel database development project.
GIS Maintenance and Support
Summary
WorldView provides GIS database maintenance, hard copy mapping and on call technical support for the existing County system. All County staff use a custom ArcReader application for daily queries and analysis. WorldView also developed and hosts an ArcGIS Server web mapping application for query and display of the County’s mapping data. Ongoing support includes ongoing planning related analysis, cartographic product development, and focused data conversion services for the County.
