Summary
WorldView Solutions provided customized ArcView training for the City’s entire planning department. The customized training included a two-day introduction to ArcView followed by one day of topic-specific training for City staff. WorldView staff worked closely with the City to determine an appropriate training schedule and designed course topics using the City’s data. The training also focused on the specific functional needs of the planning department and how those needs could be met by GIS.

Summary
The City of Hampton, Virginia has contracted with WorldView Solutions to provide an upgrade and enhancement to their existing GIS systems and software, in addition to providing ongoing support services for all GIS related systems, products, and services. The enhancements will provide Hampton with the tools and services to enable deployment of GIS on the web for citizen access, in addition to integration with internal City applications and services.
